    Owned UX for Cleo's onboarding funnel — hundreds of screens spanning intent selection and bank connection — and led UI, motion, and interaction design for the 2025 rebrand. Drove LTV and CAC gains through onboarding, pricing, and reactivation experiments.

    Improved the car valuation flow for a 500K+ daily-traffic funnel and streamlined the vehicle handover experience. Led the Cazoo UI Design System, collaborating weekly with design and engineering.

    Circa5000 — Lead Product Designer

    Led a team of three designers across iOS, Android, and web, driving £30M in transfer-ins in 30 days and lifting conversion by 140% through design experimentation. Designed a pension tracing tool that unlocked £6M in lost assets and 124% AUM growth.
